Independence Day Celebrations at PlayGroup

The 75th Independence Day was celebrated at Playgroup with much fervor and zest. A number of activities were done with the students to help them learn about their motherland.

Children love playing dress – up and what better way to teach them about some great Indian personalities than to dress up like them! Our students loved dressing up in their favourite Indian personalities – there were freedom fighters, sportspersons, leaders and many more!

To enhance their motor skills, these young patriots were encouraged to color the Indian National Flag. They also did a paper – tearing activity and a dry pouring activity using pulses and rice.
